Normally, I have a terrible memory for names and places, but .... the La Perle Noire will forever be in my memory! A fantasic restaurant ... nowhere quite compares with La Perle Noire. I hope to be able to return one day ....sadly, it's rather expensive to visit, I live in the UK. It was way back in 1991 when I dined at La Perle Noire.
